At this moment, generation of globalization, the boundaries between nations fall down and the entire world become narrow as one entity, it is very important to establish Korean vision network to collect power of all Koreans spreading out of abroad. We learn the lessons from the Jews and Chinese. Both succeeded to collect the power of their country people, whether they were in the country or abroad, into one, to vitalize various businesses to contribute to the national benefits and to influence a great deal of the entire world.

We also have over six million fifty thousand Koreans living in over 150 countries. It means that we, Korean, is one of the nation which has the most people living in most countries in the world. And it is a very significant fact that we have Koreans in the most important countries in the viewpoint of trade and cooperation, such as Japan(890,000), China(2,140,000), USA(2,150,000) and former Russia(530,000), total of 5,710,000, in order for us to unify the country and advance to the core country of the North eastern Asian block.

Then, what should be the power unifying Koreans spreading out through the entire world include the USA, which is the center of the entire world and the Northeast Asian block, an advancing base for unified Korea in near future. We have continuous lines of the students studying abroad and the Koreans living in overseas to participate to the VANK, the Cyber diplomatic envoys. Because many Koreans in abroad began to inform the VANK about the cases of the historical distortion of Korean history and territory in the textbooks and internet, or through the information from the library and broadcasting. Koreans in abroad can’t stand with the situation that their children are taught with wrong information about Korean history and territory by the textbooks, teachers, internet, library and broadcasting in their residential areas with no filtering process at all, because of the distorted historical contents of China and Japan. And we also have many young students in abroad for study awaking from comparably low recognition of Korea than Japan or China in the world, and devoting their heart to organize the events to tell about Korea effectively such as the Day of Korea voluntarily. VANK provides them with the necessary information and materials of Korean history and culture as well as publication.

Unconditional voluntary participants of the Koreans in abroad become most valuable assets not exchangeable for anything to the VANK while it picks up and corrects the distorted information of Korean history and territory from foreign textbooks, foreign publication, internet and etc., and tells the world the accurate truth of Korean history and territory. And friendly close relationship among Koreans in the world inducing from the process shall be the keystone to establish the advance bases that is essential for globalization of the project to tell the truth about Korea..

Establishment of Korean Network binding all human, intellectual and material resources of Koreans spreading throughout the entire world into one! It might start to operate step by step to be bound as one and establish Korean Network that we desire for so long, even though we didn’t notice at all, when we confront against Japan which tries to seize our territory, Dokdo Island, and China which tries to snatch the pride of Korean, the history of Goguryeo.

The nation must be gathered and bound as one with nobody’s forcing to collect them. However, for a great work, our nation must to be one through the national vision.

If the Korean can provides the vision inducing the nation’s power into one strong power through the Korean Network being established by the Koreans of the 21st century and exploring diverse wisdom and actions toward that vision, Korean shall be able to be the most influencing and wide open country among the countries in this world. And Korean can collect all information of every country in the world with their eyes and ears in everywhere and be a Polaris of the entire people of the world to the righteous way.
