Keiko Adachi from
Kochi Commercial High School

Hello friends. My name is Keiko Adachi. (Keiko is my first name.) Im a high school teacher of English. Im in charge of International Communication Course. I live in Kochi, Japan. Kochi faces the Pacific Ocean. In the north of Kochi, there are high mountains. Kochi is surrounded by a lot of nature. We can eat delicious fresh fish!
Some students exchange not only e-mails but also letters or presents. First they began e-mailing in a class, but now they keep in touch by themselves. We think whether we will go to South Korea to meet our e-pals.
There are students from many schools. We can know how things go at various schools. There are students of various ages. We can know various ways of thinking.

Chiemi Nakamura from
Kongo High School

Hi. My name is Chiemi Nakamura. I teach English at Kongo High school, Osaka Prefectual. Our school is located at Tondabayashi City, southern part of Osaka.
I have been teaching here for 3 years. When I had an exchange with VANK, I was teaching the 2nd-grader.
But this year Im teaching the 3rd-grader students' English class only.
One of my students, Hirotaka Nishii, got a letter from VANK student. He was so happy for that letter and told me that he was going to reply to his e-pals friend with his original song, which was made by himself. He plays music with his friends and sometime has a small live concert with them. I hope he has already replied to his e-pals friend, but if he hasnt replied yet, Im sorry! Please wait for it.
